Here's how we can create a Memorial Day that honors both our heroes and our health:

Lace up your sneakers and participate in a local Memorial Day Run/Walk. It's a fantastic way to honor fallen soldiers while getting your heart pumping and enjoying some fresh air.
2. Fuel Your Body Right:
Instead of processed snacks at the BBQ, bring a dish packed with fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Nourishing your body is key to feeling your best and staying active.
3. Prioritize Restorative Sleep:
After a day of remembrance and celebration, ensure you get enough shut-eye. Adequate sleep is crucial for both physical and mental health – a must for honoring the sacrifices made to protect our freedom.
