Hi everyone!

 

My name is Kayla Myers, and I am Miss Indiana Sweetheart 2026 in the Miss National Sweetheart Pageant System. Over the past 10 years of competing in pageantry, I have developed Operation Flourish and a movement where I encourage others to RISE: Redefining What's Possible and the #ChooseHealth movement.

My mission is to empower individuals to overcome barriers and flourish by providing education and resources through the RISE Framework (Reframe, Invest, Strengthen, and Empower) and the 5 pillars of #ChooseHealth (Joyful Movement, Balanced Nutrition, Restorative Sleep, Mindful Mental Health, and Avoiding Risk Behaviors).
